From the very beginning we were treated respectfully and we knew we were in great hands. Co-construct (the portal provided to us as soon as we signed the contract) was something that connected us to our build and the team. We felt part of each stage and were able to easily view when things were complete and upcoming. The portal provided every single thing we needed in an organised way and was intuitive to use and invaluable to us. We would also regularly receive photos and calls and have input and inspections at each stage.

Maggie is the most wonderful first point of call for any needs we had and provided great advice when we weren’t sure what to do with an interior design change or add on and we trusted her knowledge and input. She was always calm and able to find solutions to any questions we had. She made us feel welcome to ask any question and alleviated our building house meltdowns.

Brock has to be one of the best builders we have ever met. He is a perfectionist who is calm and focused and worked hard to make things happen with months and months of rain on end in Melbourne and issues beyond his control. I’m still blown away by the job site being so clean and manageable in the wet. He was always honest and clear. We trusted his judgement and knowledge (which was invaluable when any issues occurred) and again need to mention his integrity and honesty. He never tried to play anything down and listened to any concerns we had with an open mind and clear solutions.

Randy is one of the nicest people you could hope to meet, making us always feel that we were in the best hands and that everything was continually being done to the best of everyone’s capability. Really going beyond our expectations. He accommodated anything we needed and contributed to it being a life changing experience.

We met many other trades throughout the process who were always respectful and made us feel welcome.

Building a home isn’t always easy, there are always unexpected delays and issues but this wasn’t like building a home. It felt like a group of people that cared about our experience and how we were feeling.

I think you get an opportunity once in a lifetime to build a home like this and if you want that experience to be a joy from the get go I would recommend Beachstone. Since moving in, our new neighbours have introduced themselves and had also met everyone on the build site and had a great experience with them. It made for a really pleasant first meeting as there was no animosity or disruptions to them.

We are elated and so proud of our new home. It is truly beautiful and we were gifted the most divine and thoughtful present from the team at handover, it was perfect and reflected how well they had come to know us and how much attention was paid to the things we loved.

They constantly came with suggestions how they can improve our house. They became like a family and we have never ever dealt any other businesses as efficient high quality and fair as beachstone home particularly in the building industry. I cannot emphasise enough how good these people are and how high quality their work is. Thank you beachstone. There are very few (if any) businesses that operate at this level, where they truly treated our house as their own home. I would consider myself to be OCD in relation to detail and quality, but Randy and Brock were still consistently going above and beyond my expectations to consider and improve upon things I had not even thought of.

Having dealt with other builders (including some that market themselves as the best of the best and start above $40k/square), I can hand on heart say, that Beachstone Homes stands in its own league and could not recommend them more highly.

If you are fortunate enough to be able to build a premium home, there is no better builder in my opinion. Building a home is a huge financial and emotional investment and no other builder will treat your build with such care. The end product will be exceptional, but also the build journey will be actually enjoyable when you have people like Randy, Brock, Biz and Maggie making sure everything goes right.
